Dean Row Allotment Society, in co-operation with Riverside Housing Association, has a range of allotment plots, of all sizes, across the Lincoln Road site in Handforth. These are available to rent by residents of Handforth, with a community section specifically for residents of Colshaw Farm Estate, although there may be a waiting list. If you were to become an allotment tenant you will be required to complete a tenancy agreement, comply with the terms of the tenancy agreement, maintain the plot to the required standard and pay an annual rent.
